Welcome to Troy First Methodist Children’s Ministries!

Our ministry is a place where children will experience being Friends.

How do we experience friendship?

We experience Friendship as we work together for a common purpose.
- During the first half of the year, we work together on the Multigenerational Christmas Musical. This is a great opportunity for us to share the good news of Chist's birth with our community!
We experience Friendship as we learn to give of ourselves in ministry to the community
- We bring money to Friends to help feed the hungry in our community
- We enjoy sharing the gift of song with the residents at Noble Manor
- We use our spiritual gifts to serve joyfully in many ways

Our goal is to help children grow into a lasting relationship with Jesus as they learn, worship, love, and serve.

SUNDAYS

NURSERY | INFANT TO 3 YEARS OLD

8:30am - 12:00pm | Our infant and toddler nurseries are the first rooms on the right down the main hallway, please check them in at the nursery. Please ask a greeter to escort you to the nursery on your first visit.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH - AGES 4 TO THIRD GRADE

8:30am & 11:00am Services - Children begin the service with their parents in the sanctuary. They are given an opportunity to leave to attend our Children's Church program mid-service.

WEDNESDAYS - during school semesters

FRIENDS | PRE-K TO 5TH GRADE

3:15 – 5:00 p.m. Friends is a fun after-school program that allows children to learn and grown through crafts, games, and bible study. Transportation from school is available.

CHILDREN'S CHOIR | PRE-K TO 5TH GRADE

5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Dinner is provided for all children.

5:45 – 7:00 p.m. Children’s Choir and Activities: The Angel Choir is for children ages 3 years old through 1st grade. The Praise Choir is for those in 2nd through 5th grade.
